Buyers have two attractive options for their financing terms. The first option is a 3-year balloon with an interest rate of 5%. This means that while your payments will be based on a 30-year amortization schedule, the remaining balance will be due after three years. Alternatively, you can choose a 2-year balloon at a slightly lower interest rate of 4%, with the same structure regarding the payment plan. These options are designed to provide flexibility and facilitate your journey toward owning your property.
For any property listed by Ritchie Land Development, a Buyer’s Broker—if one is involved—must be disclosed at the initial point of contact and must be present at the first showing in order to qualify for a real estate commission. Failure to meet these requirements means that any commission, if granted, will be determined solely at the discretion of Ritchie Land Development.
